Learning Center: Creative Uses of Capnography in the Out-of-Hospital Setting

Everyone is familiar with the use of capnography for cardiac arrest and ROSC. Capnography is an excellent tool to monitor respiratory status in a variety of conditions such as asthma, COPD and overdoses. Recent developments have shown promise for the use of capnography in the diagnosis and management of severe sepsis and DKA. This rapid fire presentation will show providers how to use capnography beyond cardiac arrest.
