Quality, quality, quality: EMS providers and healthcare leaders have been hearing about quality for many years from Medicare.  How do we measure quality?  In some cases this is done through patient satisfaction surveys, a tool that has been used by hospitals for many years.  Join us for an interactive approach to discover how we can incorporate EMS patient satisfaction into our organizations, and what impact it may have on our systems.
