In this presentation, I will share my sudden cardiac arrest story and how it has literally changed my life.  Growing up with aspirations to play basketball in college, I was forced to stop playing at the age of 17 following my cardiac arrest.  I will share how I changed my passion from playing basketball to coaching and eventually making it my mission to prevent death from sudden cardiac arrest and Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy.  Additionally, I will take about In A Heartbeat, our mission, and the development of our foundation.
