Performance improvement programs are designed to transform care for our patients through both provider and system improvements. But implementing and deciphering data can often be a challenge. We’ll explore the concept of care bundles, identify ways to incorporate those and other factors into your quality improvement program, explore the challenges of measuring up to national performance benchmarks, and share best practices to enhance provider feedback through hospital outcome information.
