Brenda Brenner has over 38 years of EMS field and management experience in high-volume urban and smaller mixed urban/rural 9-1-1 and interfacility systems. As EMS Administrator for Santa Cruz County since 2016, Brenda is responsible for EMS and Emergency Preparedness programs.  Recently, Brenda managed a collaborative approach with all system partners to the ambulance request for proposals (RFP) process, which emphasized quality measures over response times.
