Kathy Robinson, RN, EMT-P, is a Program Manager for the National Association of State EMS Officials in Falls Church, VA.  As a former field provider and state EMS official, she has served as the project lead for states in implementing the National EMS Education Agenda since 2007 and more recently coordinated the 2018 revision of the National EMS Scope of Practice Model.  She is a member of the Board of Directors for Holy Spirit Hospital EMS, a regional ambulance service in Pennsylvania.
